ACADEMIC YEAR 2012-2013

A supply fee of $50 for all students 5 years and older is due by 9/1/10.

TUITION PAYMENTS:
A deposit of 10% of the total tuition is due at the time the contract is submitted. The balance of the tuition is payable in: one payment, or two payments or in nine equal monthly installments.  Monthly installments are due on the first of every month.  The first one is due September 1, 2012 and the last one, May 1, 2013.

TUITION DISCOUNTS:
Family Discount:  10% off the annual tuition is allowed for families with more than one
                                child enrolled at MSA.
Prepayment:         5% off the remaining balance when paid in full by 7/01/2012
                                3% off the remaining balance when paid in two installments:
                                the first installment by 9/1/2012 and the second one by 1/1/2013

EXTENDED CARE:
A $50.00 deposit is required at the same time the contract is submitted.
This deposit is applicable towards your first month of extended care.

Family discount: 10% off your total monthly fee is allowed for families with more than
one child enrolled in the afterschool program.

LATE FEE: $20.00 will be charged for payment received after the 10th of the month.

RETURNED CHECK FEE: $35.00

There is no extended care provided on Federal Holidays.
